The order UCIF can ONLY be added to a UAM, Urinalysis  with microscopic or, a UAR, Urinalysis; microscopic only if indicated.

The criteria established for a reflex culture is:

Positive for Leukocyte Esterase or Positive for Nitrites or  >10 WBC per/HPF
