Needs to have a related CBC with differential result collected within 24 hours. If the CBC with differential was not performed at Asante, a copy of the final CBCA (or CBCM) report which includes the normal ranges used at the resulting laboratory must be included with the request for review of a peripheral smear by a pathologist.
