Specimen Minimum Volume

DSDNA - 0.5 mL in single tube

ENAE - 0.5 mL in single tube

Specimen Stability Information

Centrifuge collection tubes within two hours of draw

 

DSDNA:

  • Store samples at room temperature no longer than 8 hours
  • If assay will not be completed within 8 hours, refrigerate the sample at 2° - 8° C. 
  • Freeze if testing delayed >48 hours

ENAE:

  • Stable for 21 days frozen or refrigerated (preferred)
