Surgical biopsy is collected and inoculated into a CLO Rapid Urease Test (RUT) cartridge by the endoscopy department.
Specimen Stability Information
Specimens should be collected and transported at room temperature. Samples will be batched and delivered by Endoscopy daily.

- Specimens received in laboratory >72 hours after collection.
