Test Code LAB1234691 CA 15-3
Useful For
This assay is indicated for use in the measurement of CA 15-3 antigen to aid in the management of breast cancer patients. Serial testing for CA 15-3 antigen concentrations should be used in conjunction with other clinical methods for monitoring breast cancer.
Results from other manufactures or methodologies may vary in concentrations due to differences in reagent specificity and should not be used interchangeably. When performing serial samples over time the same method should be used, unless “re-baselined” with another method.
